TOTVS passa nas perguntas cadastradas do Diagrama do Cerrado.

Totvs is a company that operates with business solutions for companies of all sizes, primarily offering enterprise management software. In Latin America alone, the company holds about 30% of the market share in the segment.

In addition to Brazil, the company is also present in 41 other countries. Furthermore, Totvs is listed on the “Novo Mercado”, the most advanced level of corporate governance for companies listed on the Brazilian Stock Exchange, B3.
In general, Totvs's structure consists of 11 branches in Brazil, in addition to 52 franchised territories and 10 development centers. Besides the national territory, the company also has branches in Argentina, Colombia, the United States, Mexico, and Portugal. Additionally, in the United States, Mexico, China, and Taiwan, Totvs has 7 branches and 4 development centers.
The history of Totvs began in a service office, where, initially, the company named Sistemas Integrados de Gerência Automática (SIGA) was founded in 1969.
In general, the office specialized in providing general services in the field of information technology. Over time, the service bureau developed a management system, where it was possible to automate administrative processes.

With the arrival of microcomputers in 1983, the integrated system transformed into a company called Microsiga Software, founded by Ernesto Mário Haberkorn and Laércio Cosentino.
Both founders aimed to operate in the market for comprehensive enterprise management software. Thus, they developed a software company specialized in small and medium-sized enterprises. Later, Microsiga and Siga merged to become Totvs.
