Bemobi is a Brazilian company, founded in 2009. Its origins date back to its emergence as a business unit of M4U (Mobile 4 You), one of the pioneers in the mobile data segment in the early 2000s.
The company began working within the mobile value-added services segment, establishing solid partnerships with mobile operators since then. The initial focus of this partnership was the creation of innovative services to complement the operators' revenue, going beyond voice and data services.
In 2013, at the beginning of the 3G network and smartphones and the entire movement caused by companies like Google and Apple, Bemobi increased investments in R&D, strengthened its team to 100 employees, and launched the first version of its current service, Apps Club. After the launch, Bemobi was able to establish partnerships with the 4 major national operators.

The year 2015 was marked by the process of internationalization, which allowed Bemobi to establish agreements with the America Movil group and Telefonica/Movistar. In addition, the company was acquired by Opera, which leveraged the success of Apps Club to boost sales in emerging countries.
Also in that same year, Bemobi developed a version of its proprietary channel platform, which allowed for better distribution of services to partners. By the end of that year, the company reached the milestone of 14 million subscribers.
In the following years, the company worked on consolidating its brand, which enabled the expansion of the customer base, according to the services offered. Also as part of this process, in February 2021, Bemobi completed its initial public offering, becoming listed on B3 under the ticker BM0B3.
