Lucro operacional enorme, divida gigantesca. Acredito que vai dar boa no longo prazo, a questão é se vale a pena deixar tanto tempo imobilizado nesse longo prazo.
Justamente! Acredito que longo prazo faz muito sentido pois o segmento de energia renovável é muito rentavél e ainda com o custo baixo e perene.

Renova Energia is a Brazilian company focused on generating renewable electric energy. Thus, it operates through wind farms, small hydropower plants (PCHs), and solar energy.
In addition, it operates three hydropower plants in southern Bahia. A pioneer in Brazil in wind energy, since 2009 the company has been consistently focusing on this type of energy.
One of Renova Energia's differentiators is its qualification to operate in an integrated manner. Therefore, the company participates in the prospecting, development, implementation, and operation of its projects.

It is worth noting that Renova Energia is a 100% Brazilian energy company and one of the largest companies focused on renewable energy in Latin America.
Considering the renewable energy sector, Renova Energia was the first company to have its shares listed on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (BM&FBovespa).
It is listed in the Public Utility sector, in the Electric Energy segment, and is part of Level 2 of Corporate Governance.
Renova Energia was founded in 2001 by Ricardo Delneri and Renato Amaral. In 2004, the company acquired the ESPRA Project (Serra da Prata Hydric Complex) and in 2008, Espra began commercial operations.

In 2010, the company went public on the stock exchange, becoming the first company in its sector to conduct an IPO.
The following year, Light entered the company's Control Block, and in 2012, Alto Sertão I began commercial operations. In 2014, Cemig entered the Control Block and acquired 51% of Brasil PCH's shares.
Subsequently, in 2017, the sale of the Umburanas Complex occurred, along with the sale of TerraForm shares and the sale of the Alto Sertão II Complex.
In 2019, Light exited the Control Block, and Renova Energia entered judicial recovery. The approval of the Judicial Recovery Plan was made in 2020.
Finally, in 2021, the sale of the Alto Sertão III Project – Phase B occurred, along with the sale of Brasil PCH's stake and a DIP loan of R$ 350 million.
