Quality Software S.A., founded in 1989 in the city of Rio de Janeiro, is a national technology company that currently has branches in two more cities in the country: Curitiba, PR and São Paulo, SP.
In the early 1990s, the company obtained its first client in the city of Rio de Janeiro, the Ceasar Park Hotel.
Soon, in 1994, the company began to focus on the infrastructures and systems of the Bozano group, offering its services to the company until the end of 1999, building its brand and creating solid relationships with the market.
In the 2000s, with the growth of internet usage, Quality partnered with the most important producers of technology-related products in the world: Oracle, BEA Systems, and Novell. By 2004, the company became an educational center for BEA Systems, inaugurating the following year a Research and Development Center located in Manaus, AM, aiming to meet the demand of Siemens.
In 2006, the company achieved national and international certifications for its quality in service provision. Still in the same year, the company ceased to be a closed capital society, becoming a publicly traded company. The following year, in 2007, the company suffered a 40% drop in its capital, as Siemens decided to end its research and development activities in Brazil. Thus, Quality ended up forming a partnership with TOTVS. Then, in 2008, BNDES entered the group of shareholders, acquiring 27% of the company's share capital.
With the arrival of 2010, several investments were made aiming for the company's growth, which began to focus on the BOP unit, Project and Infrastructure Operations Outsourcing. The company also ended its partnership with TQTVD and TOTVS. Soon, in 2011, Quality was considered one of the small and medium enterprises with the highest growth in the country.
During the following years, the company underwent several investments and some transformations, in search of constant improvement. There was the acquisition of new clients, resulting in a growth of 11.5%. There was also the acquisition of new companies to add to the group, namely TechSupply and Latin Tech. In 2019, a product line focused on process automation was launched, aiming at cost reduction and better operational performance.
