The stages of the operational cycle of Mills Solaris are:
Purchase: The scale of equipment acquisition is a competitive advantage for the company, as it can negotiate with suppliers.
Equipment lifespan: The company performs preventive maintenance every 200 hours of equipment use. This extends the lifespan of the equipment.
Rental: The company's equipment can be used in various activities and provides good profitability for the company.
Sale: Finally, Mills Solaris sells equipment in the secondary market, at the right time and with ideal prices for replacement.

Basically, the company operates in two fronts:
1- Rental: In this segment, the main business is the supply of aerial platforms. Additionally, it rents air compressors, personal lifts, lighting towers, and generators.
In general, the equipment is rented on a 28-day basis and contracts have an average duration of three to four months.
The services in this segment can be used in various applications, such as: construction sites, warehouses, works, cleaning, hydroelectric plants, maintenance, industrial assemblies, and execution of artworks.
2- Construction: The company works with the rental of formwork and shoring, engineering projects related to the implementation of special systems.
This rental service can cater to various activities such as: hydroelectric plants, large constructions, facade recovery, bridges, and highways. Regarding the contract model, contractual terms vary between 9 and 24 months.

The history of Mills began in 1952 and it has a pioneering journey marked by the construction of major works that contributed to the development of Brazil.
In 1997, the aerial platforms division of Mills was born, and in 2003, the aerial platforms division was sold to Sullair Argentina, which renamed the new company as Solaris. In 2010, Mills went public.

Subsequently, in 2015, the restructuring process of Mills and Solaris began due to the economic crisis. In 2019, Solaris was incorporated by Mills and the company became known as Mills Solaris.
The two companies were the main players in Brazil in equipment rental, and by joining forces, they became responsible for 28% of the market share in the segment, meaning Mills Solaris became a leader in its operating segment.
