Estapar is a company that operates in the parking and urban mobility segment, being a leader in Latin America, with over 1,000 managed parking lots in 75 municipalities and 17 states. The largest shareholder of the company is BTG Pactual, which holds a 49.5% stake in the company.
The company, specialized in the parking sector in Brazil, also operates in various branches of private parking in the country, in addition to having entered into consortia that provided access to the main underground garages under public concession.

One of the main characteristics of the company is its pioneering spirit in parking services with technological tools and automated equipment for operation, where Estapar was the first company to carry out these operations in the country.
To this end, the company entered into an exclusive contract with Porto Seguro, the largest automobile insurance company in Brazil. Another important point for the company was the implementation of the Zona Azul using parking meters.
In addition, Estapar also implemented mobile payment in on-street operations and brought to the Brazilian market the advance reservation of spaces, in the off-street operations model.
In total, the company has over 6,500 employees and operates in 17 states, serving 75 municipalities, in addition to the Federal District. The Azul Digital system, for example, is present in 23 cities. The main segments of the company's operations are:
Public concessions (Concessions – On and Off-Street);
Leased and managed locations (Leased and Managed Locations);
Owned locations (Owned Locations);
Long-term contracts (Long-term Contracts).
Estapar conducted its initial public offering in 2020 and is listed on the Stock Exchange with common shares, under the code ALPK3.

The history of Estapar began in 1981, when it was founded by Hélio Francisco Alves Cerqueira, in the city of Curitiba, Paraná. A few years after its founding, the company consolidated its position in the market by expanding its operations to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
In the following decade, the company secured its position as a leader in its sector by specializing in various segments of private parking.
In addition, Estapar became part of consortia that enable the main underground garages under public concession. It is worth noting that Estapar was a pioneer in its segment.
Thus, it brought to Brazil, for the first time, services with technological differentials, such as automated equipment for operation in parking lots.

The company established its differential by entering into an exclusive contract with Porto Seguro, the largest automobile insurance company in the country. Additionally, Estapar was the first company to implement the Zona Azul using parking meters in Brazil.
It was also a pioneer in implementing mobile payment in On Street operations and innovated by providing an online advance reservation system for spaces in Off Street operations.
In recent years, Estapar has established a leadership process in Latin America.
As a result, it has taken on large-scale operations in private and public concessions at the largest airports and major sports arenas in the country, also leading in segments such as hospitals, high-end commercial developments, shopping centers, and universities.
In 2021, Estapar signed a purchase agreement for the company Zul Digital, an autotech with solutions for drivers. With this, Estapar improves its service offerings and also expands its digital operations.

Finally, Estapar is currently present in 15 Brazilian states (in addition to the Federal District), in over 70 cities with more than 400,000 spaces and around 700 units.
The company is also present in 22 cities with the Zona Azul Digital system, serves approximately 15 million customers per month, and has about 4,700 employees.
