Priner is a company that operates in the industrial services and maintenance segment for oil and gas, mining, pulp and paper, petrochemicals, steelmaking, and the naval sector.
In this way, the company offers industrial services such as access, industrial painting, thermal insulation, habitat, inspection, and boiler services.

Priner is a business division that originated from Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A., which was sold to a private equity investment fund managed by Leblon Equities in 2013. The Priner group operates through the following brands:
Priner Serviços Industriais;
Priner Rental:
Smartcoat;
Poliend;
Isolafácil.
Priner began its activities in 1982 as a service unit of Mills, specializing in scaffolding assembly for access to offshore and industrial areas.
Over the years, the company grew and expanded its activities. Thus, in the 1990s, Priner began offering industrial painting and thermal insulation services.

By the year 2000, the company had established itself as a leader in its field of operation, through projects such as the assembly of the helipad structure of the P16 platform of Petrobras and the renewal of scaffolding contracts with Aracruz Celulose.
Subsequently, in 2009, the launch of Habitat occurred, a partnership with the company Safehouse. In summary, it is a pressurized habitat that offers safety for carrying out hot work such as welding, grinding, and cutting.
In 2013, the industrial services unit was sold to a Private Equity investment fund (FIP) managed by Leblon Equities. As a result, this unit was renamed Mills|Si during the transition to the new brand.
In 2014, the Web Deck was launched, a suspended work platform system ideal for viaducts, bridges, and offshore environments.
In 2016, Mills|Si changed its name to Priner. Its operations occur in two fronts: Priner Serviços Industriais and Priner Rental. In 2017, the M&A phase began with the companies Isolafácil and Smartcoat Engenharia e Revestimentos.
As a result, the company gained a significant share in the Brazilian market for thermal insulation services, surface treatment, and industrial painting.

In 2020, the company was listed on the stock exchange in the Novo Mercado segment, the highest level of corporate governance on the Brazilian stock exchange.
Also in 2020, Priner began expanding its services in the area of industrial inspection. As a result, it acquired 8% of Smartcoat, 49% of R&R Isolafácil, and 100% of Poliend.
