Pessoal qual seria a empresa mais viável desse setor? Odontoprev Fleury Raia Drogasil Blau ??

OdontoPrev is a health sector company that specifically operates dental plans. With over 7 million beneficiaries, OdontoPrev is the leader in dental plans in Latin America. Being the largest operator in the health sector in Brazil, in terms of customer numbers.
OdontoPrev is part of the British FTSE4Good index and is one of the 4 Brazilian companies included in the Bloomberg GEI 2020 global portfolio.

OdontoPrev's dental plans are offered both to companies and to individual clients. For companies, the following plan options are available:
Integral Doc LE: It is a more basic plan aimed at companies that intend to hire from 3 to 199 employees.
Plano Integral Doc MEI: It is a dental plan focused on the Individual Micro Entrepreneur.
Plano Master LE: This plan has more comprehensive coverage, thus it covers not only basic procedures but also other types of procedures such as, for example, the installation of braces.
Regarding individual plans, several options are offered according to the beneficiary's age, such as: Dental de leite (from 0 to 7 years old), Dental Junior (8 to 16 years) and Dental bem-estar (over 16).
In addition to these, OdontoPrev also offers other more specific types of plans, for example, Dental Orto is focused on the need for orthodontic braces.

There is also Dental Estética (focused on the aesthetics of teeth) and Dental vip (the most comprehensive and expensive plan of the company).
All types of plans have the option of monthly payment (with a 90-day waiting period) or annual payment (release in 24 hours). In short, OdontoPrev operates through various companies, such as:
OdontoServ: Focused on serving individual and family plans, OdontoServ became part of OdontoPrev's product portfolio in 2009.
DentalCorp: The company belongs to the OdontoServ group and specializes in health plans for companies.
Bradesco Dental: Offers different dental plans for both companies and individuals.
Prívian: It is the premium brand of the OdontoPrev Group. Thus, it offers dental assistance focused on demanding and differentiated corporate clients.
The history of OdontoPrev begins in 1987, when it was founded by a group of dentists. At the time, these professionals saw the opportunity to offer dental plans for corporations that already had a history of extending these benefits in their local countries.
Years after its founding, in 1998, control of OdontoPrev was acquired by Private Equity investors. This acquisition was important for the company's strategic positioning and for it to consolidate as a leader in the sector.

On December 1, 2006, OdontoPrev went public, and on April 4, 2007, an auction of 2,741,312 shares took place, marking the exit of the Private Equity investors.
Throughout OdontoPrev's growth trajectory, it acquired other companies such as: Unidont, Rede Dental, Sepao Assistência Odontológica Empresarial Ltda, and Prontodente Odontologia Integral Ltda.
In addition to the acquired companies, OdontoPrev signed an association agreement with Bradesco Dental S.A. in 2009. Since the two companies had complementary business models, the intention with the integration of activities was to improve positioning in the field of private dental assistance plan operators.
Another important milestone in OdontoPrev's history occurred in 2010 when it signed a memorandum of understanding with Banco do Brasil. Thus, it became possible to use Banco do Brasil's distribution channels to market OdontoPrev's plans.

With this partnership, it was possible to expand the acquisition of dental plans, as the plans began to be offered to employees and dependents of the agency. In the same year, the company reached the mark of 5 million beneficiaries.
In 2014, after a corporate reorganization, Bradesco took control of OdontoPrev. In 2017, when it celebrated 30 years of history, OdontoPrev launched its e-commerce and repositioned the brand.
