Founded in 2010, the Oncoclínicas Group focuses on oncology, hematology, and radiotherapy and is present in 13 states of the country and the Federal District. It has 129 units, including clinics, partnerships with hospitals, and a laboratory specialized in precision medicine. Its team consists of approximately 1,800 specialist doctors and 7,000 collaborators.
Seeking to have the patient as the main focus of the entire process, the group founded by oncologist Bruno Ferrari has had an exclusive partnership since 2014 with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a renowned institute in cancer treatment worldwide, affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
In 2020, the Oncoclínicas Group inaugurated OC Precision Medicine, a highly technological laboratory that prioritizes providing comprehensive and interdisciplinary care in cancer treatment, combining genomics and pathological analysis, capable of conducting studies on hereditary syndromes, analyzing more than 20,000 human genes.
Founded in 2010 in the city of Belo Horizonte, MG, the Oncocentro Group of Clinical Oncology and Internal Medicine was envisioned by oncologist Bruno Lemos Ferrari, who, in addition to being the founder, is the current president and technical director responsible for the organization of the group.
The early years of the group were marked by expansion, establishing its presence nationally, where specialized oncology units were acquired, such as:
Núcleo de Oncologia da Bahia S.A.;
Centro Paulista de Oncologia;
Multihemo Serviços Médicos S.A.;
Centro de Excelência Oncológica S.A.;
Hematológica – Clínica de Hematologia S.A.
In the following years, it experienced abrupt growth, with more than 70 service units, and in 2014 established its international partnership with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
By the year 2020, the group had already achieved rapid expansion in the national market, present in 11 Brazilian states.
In 2021, the company made its debut on the stock exchange, opening its capital on B3 in the Health sector.
Currently, it is considered one of the most important groups focused on oncology, hematology, radiotherapy, and genomics in Latin America, marking its presence in 13 states of the country and in the DF, with 129 units.
