Banco Pine shares
Banco Pine's shares are ordinary and preferred. In ordinary shares (PINE3) shareholders have the right to vote at meetings, as well as the right to receive dividends and interest on the institution's own capital, even if not in person.

Preferred shares, on the other hand, grant voting rights only in special situations. However, they are shares that entitle the holder to receive dividends.
The history of Banco Pine began in 1997, when the financial institution was founded by Noberto Pinheiro. Noberto, son of Jaime Nogueira Pinheiro, is currently the main shareholder of the bank. His history in the financial market is directly linked to his father's history, who started, since 1939, at the Central Bank of the Northeast, in addition to other banks.

In other words, Banco Pine comes from a family tradition that started with Jaime Nogueira Pinheiro, his brother Jaime Nogueira Pinheiro Filho, and later, Noberto Pinheiro. In 1975, Noberto Pinheiro became one of the controllers of Banco BMC.
Later, in 1997, Noberto Nogueira sold his stake in BMC and founded Banco Pine. By 2005, Noberto became the main shareholder of the bank and began to control 100% of the financial institution's shares.
Two years later, in 2007, Banco Pine became a public company with shares on the Stock Exchange. In other words, the institution became the first medium-sized bank to conduct an IPO, making its shares available on B3 and becoming a publicly traded company.
Despite the capital opening, Noberto Nogueira holds 100% of the bank's ordinary shares, in addition to 29% of the preferred shares. During the years 2011 and 2012, Banco Pine experienced considerable growth, and in 2016, it professionalized its executive management.

By 2017, the bank began the capitalization process and, with that, launched Pine Online, making its banking services available digitally. The following year, a new team was created within the institution, focused on supporting companies with revenues below R$ 500 million.
