Founded in 1999, Grupo CCR is now a Brazilian company that operates in the highway concession segments, being a national and global reference in urban mobility, airports, and services.
The first company in its segment to enter the Novo Mercado of B3, the company is currently responsible for 3,955 kilometers of national highways in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, and Santa Catarina.

Responsible for the first highway concession contract in the country (Rio-Niteroi Bridge), Grupo CCR also stands out for operating in the data transmission sector, through its communication service provider, Samm.
In 2012, the group began to integrate the airport segment, with equity participation in international concessionaires that managed the airports of Quito, San José, and Curaçao. In Brazilian territory, however, Irani Celulose became responsible for the airport in Belo Horizonte.
Consolidated as one of the largest infrastructure concession companies in Latin America, Grupo CCR continues to operate in the highway, urban mobility, airport, and services segments and has over 17,000 employees and four business units responsible for managing the company.
Grupo CCR was founded in 1999 with the aim of operating in the highway and infrastructure concession segment, later expanding into the airport segment, managing international and Brazilian airports.
In 2001, the company began to feature in the Novo Mercado segment, and its shares started trading on 02/01/2002, and in 2004 the company conducted a second public offering of shares, increasing the company's capital by 20%.

In 2006, Grupo CCR expanded its area of operation in activities related to the infrastructure sector, and in 2007, the inauguration of the CCR Infrastructure and Logistics Unit took place, an important space for contributing to discussions about concession models and assisting in the brand's expansion process.
The decade progressed, along with numerous projects and initiatives from Grupo CCR that envisioned the growth and area of operation of the company. The year 2012 marked the group's entry into activities related to the airport infrastructure sector, beginning to manage airports in other parts of the world and in Brazil.

The group also managed to sign some contracts, expanding its area of operation in Brazil. In 2013, the group would be responsible for the concession contract for the Salvador metro, valid for 30 years, while in 2015 the company acquired equity in TAS, operating in airports in the United States, gaining control of 70% of the company.
Throughout its history, Grupo CCR has actively participated in the market, establishing itself when it comes to contributing to the development of the country's infrastructure. In addition to operating in urban mobility and highways, the group is responsible for managing 19 airports in Brazil and around the world.
