Triunfo is a Brazilian company in the infrastructure sector. Founded in 1999, the company is one of the pioneers in the road concession segment, airport management, port terminal, and energy.
Headquartered in São Paulo, Triunfo is responsible for about 4,000 professionals who help support national economic growth, providing support for the country's logistical and energy demand.

Its main companies are located in various states across the country, present in the Southeast (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Minas Gerais), South (Paraná), and Central-West (Goiás and Federal District) regions.
As a publicly traded company, its initial public offering (IPO) took place in 2007, when Triunfo began to be listed on the Novo Mercado, the highest level of corporate governance at B3.

Currently, the company is responsible for managing approximately 1,840 km of highways, through three concessionaires (Econorte, Concebra, and Transbrasiliana). The company also holds a stake in Concer, a company that manages highways such as BR-040.
The history of Triunfo Participações e Investimentos begins with its founding in 1999, based on the assets of other companies, such as Concepa, Concer, and Econorte, smaller concessionaires linked to the larger company.

Throughout the 2000s, Triunfo expanded its stake in these concessionaires and, by 2007, owned 100% of the capital of Econorte. The following year, for example, Triunfo acquired all shares of Concepa.
In 2012, the company began operating in airport management and was part of the consortium responsible for winning the auction that would grant the right to manage Viracopos Airport (SP), as well as oversee its expansion.

In 2014, Triunfo created the Concebra consortium and began managing highways such as BR-060 (connecting Brasília to Bela Vista), BR-153 (Belém-Brasília), and BR-262. In the same year, the company also acquired the Transbrasiliana consortium, which operates on the São Paulo section of BR-153.
Triunfo went public in 2007, becoming part of the Novo Mercado segment of B3. However, starting in 2017, the company faced financial difficulties, filing for extrajudicial recovery, which would be executed starting the following year, focusing on using investments to reduce debt.
