Mundial emerged through the unification of two major groups: Eberle and Zivi-Hercules. In summary, Eberle was founded in 1896 in Caxias do Sul, in the Serra Gaúcha, while Zivi-Hercules began its activities in 1931, in Porto Alegre.
Since 2013, the group's name has been Mundial S.A. Produtos de Consumo. Basically, the company operates in various industrial sectors and manages prominent brands.

Thus, the company has a large portfolio of products that include: pliers, cutters, tweezers, scissors, nail polishes, and personal care items. In addition, it offers household utensils, such as knives and cutlery and fashion accessories.
Finally, it also manufactures hydrotherapy and hydrolaser equipment. In short, Mundial's operations occur through:
Impala: It has a complete portfolio of personal care products for professional and domestic use.
Gourmet: These are products aimed at professional and domestic cooking such as knives, serving dishes, cutlery, and the like. Additionally, this division of Mundial is also responsible for producing and distributing professional knives for slaughterhouses and butcher shops.
Creative: Mundial Creative is a leading brand in the market and has the most complete line of scissors in Brazil. Thus, the company offers various types of scissors such as traditional cutting scissors, school scissors, craft scissors, multi-purpose scissors, and others.
Eberle Fashion: In summary, Eberle is a manufacturer of metal fasteners aimed at the fashion market. Therefore, it has a wide range of products in its portfolio, such as: buttons, labels, rivets, and eyelets.
Syllent: Finally, Syllent is the world's first silent pump. It was developed specifically for residential use and is applicable in pressurization, water lifting, and hot tub applications.

Mundial's vision is to be an internationally present company, whose operations stand out in major markets. Finally, its values are: perseverance, boldness, and creativity.
The history of Mundial began in 1896 when Eberle S.A. was created with the aim of producing lamps. In 1918, the company's name changed to Abramo & Cia and the production of cutlery began.
Subsequently, in 1923 the company launched its first forge, Erbele, and in 1925 began the production of sacred articles. In 1936, Zivi created Hercules, the first manufacturer of fine stainless steel cutlery in all of Latin America.

In 1936, the production of the first electric motor began and a motor factory was established. In 1974, the first factory for buttons, eyelets, buckles, and rivets was inaugurated.
A few years later, in 1981, Zivi opened a new plant in Gravataí, where the Mundial factory is located today. Four years later, Zivi-Hercules acquired Eberle, thus forming the group: Zivi-Hercules-Eberle.
In 2003, Zibi was incorporated by Eberle, and with that, Mundial was created. Five years later, the company acquired Impala, a nail polish and cosmetics company.
