The structure of the Vamos Group includes 14 Volkswagen/Man truck and bus dealerships, 15 Valtra agricultural machinery dealerships, 11 used vehicle stores, 2 Komatsu stores, and one Fendt store.
The Vamos Group operates in three business segments: Vamos Rental, Vamos Dealerships, and Vamos Used Vehicles. Thus, the group's commitment is to operate in these areas, seeking to meet the needs of companies of various sizes and from diverse economic sectors, particularly serving sectors such as agribusiness, energy, logistics, and food.

Currently, the Vamos Group has 948 employees who provide agile services, equipped with conditions and technologies for services that meet the entire client portfolio that is willing to trust the services provided by the company.
The history of the Vamos Group begins in 1950, with the purchase of the first truck and the founding of JSL, one of the group's controlling companies. From there, JSL began to stabilize in the market and, during the 1990s, signed truck and equipment rental contracts, in addition to customer purchases.
During the 2000s, the company acquired Transrio/VW/MAN in the Southeast region, taking over the South region in 2010, with VW truck and bus dealerships. That year also saw the company's expansion into the North and Northeast.

The definitive creation of the Vamos Group took place in 2015, to centralize and expand JSL's businesses, which were focused on dealerships, used vehicle stores, and heavy vehicles.
Since its creation, in 2017 the Vamos Group worked on its expansion, acquiring rental companies and dealerships for agricultural machinery and equipment. The group's progress continued in its recent history, and 2019 was a year responsible for the consolidation of processes, controls, and digital tool systems.

It was also in 2019 that the Vamos Group became a publicly traded company, with participation in the Stock Exchange (category A). In 2020, even with the pandemic, the Vamos Group experienced results above expectations, which was decisive for the group's success and its completion of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Stock Exchange.
