A Time for Fun or T4F is a leading company in the live entertainment market in South America. So far, it is the only entertainment company listed on the Brazilian stock exchange.
Nowadays, the company operates at the Teatro Renault in São Paulo and at the Teatro Opera Orbis Seguros in Buenos Aires.
An important detail is that Time for Fun's venues are sponsored under a naming rights model, and except for the Teatro Opera Orbis Seguro, all of Time for Fun's venues are leased from third parties.

Time for Fun's revenue sources are varied, as in addition to promoting shows, it is involved in all aspects of live entertainment. Therefore, the company's areas of operation and sources of income are:
1- Event promotion: In this segment, the company earns income from ticket sales for the shows it promotes. These shows can be live music or family shows and theater.
2- Commercialization: The company also profits from ticket office operations and the sale of food, beverages, and promotional products.
Regarding ticket office operations, Time for Fun sells tickets for all shows through various sales channels and points of sale in high-traffic locations.
In Brazil, ticket sales are made under the brand Tickets for Fun and in Argentina and Chile, the brand used is Ticketek. The sale of food and related items is done inside the venues and at external events.

3- Venue operation: Time for Fun operates important venues. These venues are leased from third parties under long-term contracts, and during the gaps in the show schedules, the venues are rented out for third-party events.
4- Sponsorship: Finally, Time for Fun obtains sponsorships related to event promotion activities and ticket office operations, the sale of food, beverages, and promotional products, and venue operation.
The history of Time for Fun began in 1983 with the opening of the Palace (Citibank Hall), the first venue in São Paulo. In 1997, Time for Fun acquired the Teatro Opera in Buenos Aires through Time for Fun Argentina.
Shortly after, in 1999, the UnimedHall (formerly Credicard Hall) was inaugurated. It was the first venue in Brazil in terms of the number of tickets sold, according to a Pollstar survey.

In the year 2000, ticket office operations began for its own shows and third-party events in both Brazil and Argentina, through the Ticketmaster structure.
In 2001, the Teatro Renault was inaugurated in São Paulo, and the first presentation of Broadway shows in Portuguese took place, with the play Les Miserables, in Brazil.
That same year, the purchase of the Metropolitan (now KM de Vantagens Hall) in Rio de Janeiro also occurred.
In 2004, the administration of the Obras Pepsi Stadium in Buenos Aires began through T4F Argentina, and in 2005, the acquisition of Ticketek Argentina took place. In 2006, three events marked the history of Time for Fun.
First, the expansion of activities into the sports events and communication segments occurred. Second, the promotion of the first Cirque du Soleil show in Brazil took place.
Finally, thirdly, an exclusive contract was signed for the administration of ticket sales for musical shows at the River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires.

The following year, a new exclusive contract for the production of shows at the River Plate Stadium was celebrated. In 2009, through the Softix System, the operational structure of Tickets for Fun was created.
In 2012, operations began at KM de Vantagens Hall, considered the most important venue in Belo Horizonte, with a capacity of 7,000 people.
In 2013, the promotion of Lollapalooza, one of the largest and most prestigious music festivals in the world, took place.
Later, in 2015, the incorporation of Bizarro's Operations occurred, the largest promoter of Latin artists in Chile, and in 2016, the association with Luiz Oscar Niemeyer, founding partner of Planmusic, took place.

Finally, in 2020, the purchase of the majority stake in INTI, a technology company focused on ticket negotiation in the entertainment and culture sector, occurred.
