Nutriplant is a company that operates in the development and production of soil micronutrients.
In summary, micronutrients are supplements to the mineral nutrients found in soils that, along with NPK formulas, are essential for the development and growth of plants.
In addition, Nutriplant also operates in the production of raw materials for industrial use and owns the brand FTE – Fritted Traced Elements.
The company's products are primarily aimed at the agricultural sector, and the company serves all regions of Brazil through a strategically distributed distribution system.
The Nutriplant factory is located in Paulínia, São Paulo, a region with a large concentration of agribusiness companies.

Nutriplant's products consist of high-tech micronutrients that provide greater nutrient absorption and crop development.
This contributes to increased agricultural productivity, maximization of the utilization of planted areas, and also enhances the profitability of rural producers.
In addition to its strong market presence, Nutriplant also seeks to maintain partnerships with leading universities and agronomic research centers in Brazil in order to promote research and the development of new applications and uses for micronutrients.
This ensures that Nutriplant is always in touch with the latest research and technological innovations in the micronutrient segment in Brazil.
Nutriplant's history began in 1979 when it was established by Frit Industries and Ferro Corporation. The goal was to produce and market specific agricultural fertilizers, now known as micronutrients.

In 1980, Nutriplant's industrial plant began its operations, being a pioneer in the production of soil micronutrients in Brazil. After 1986, the company started producing granular micronutrients and launched the FTE brand.
In 1993, Frit Industries acquired the remaining shares of Nutriplant that were held by Ferro Corporation.
This marked the beginning of an intense product launch phase, featuring two new production lines, one for Fully Soluble Fertilizers (FTS) and another for Green Top (Foliar Micronutrient).
Subsequently, in 1995, focusing on the production of foliar products for hydroponic application and irrigation with fertilizers, Nutriplant partnered with international producers of high-purity mineral salts.
In the following years, Nutriplant launched several products, including new formulations of foliar products, a line of organominerals, and a line of adjuvants and nutrients for animal feed.

In November 2004, Tripto Participações acquired the controlling stake in Nutriplant. In 2008, Nutriplant went public with an offering of 2,070,100 shares, representing 39.9% of its share capital.
In 2012, there was an increase in the company's capital through the issuance of 7,197,410 new shares due to the Incorporation of Shares, resulting in the conversion of Quirios Produtos Químicos Ltda into a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
