Kora Saúde is a hospital group, which can be considered one of the largest in the country. The group has units in several Brazilian cities, including: seven units in Espírito Santo; two in Tocantins; two in Goiás, in addition to being present in the states of Ceará, Mato Grosso, and DF.

Founded in 2001, in the city of Cariacica, Espírito Santo, the first hospital of Rede Meridional was formed by a group of doctors. Years later, in 2008, the group's first acquisition was made, the Hospital São Luiz. In the same year, Hospital Praia Costa also became part of the network. And in 2011, the incorporation of Hospital São Francisco, also in the city of Cariacica, took place.
In 2016, a new hospital of the network was inaugurated, Meridional São Mateus, located in the north of the state of Espírito Santo.
The year 2018 was marked by a significant change in Rede Meridional: a capital investment was made by one of the largest private equity firms in the world, HIG Capital, resulting in the emergence of Kora Saúde. Thus, the Meridional Serra hospital, in Serra – ES, also became part of Kora Saúde.
In 2019, the company took its first steps outside Espírito Santo, with the inauguration of Hospital São Mateus in the state of Mato Grosso.
In 2020, Kora Saúde inaugurated two new hospitals in Palmas, in the state of Tocantins, also marking its presence in that region of the country. The following year, in 2021, Hospital Anchieta began to be incorporated into the network, in the city of Brasília, DF. The hospitals, Gastroclínica in Fortaleza, CE, Hospital São Mateus, also in Fortaleza in Ceará, Grupo Oto, and Instituto Neurológico de Goiânia also began to be incorporated into the Kora Saúde network that same year.
Further strengthening its position in the market, in 2022, the second hospital of the network in the Federal District and the second in Goiânia were acquired, further consolidating its market expansion.
