Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. is a company that has been operating in the real estate sector for over 40 years, being one of the largest developers and construction companies located in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. For strategic purposes, the company has service hubs in the cities of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Porto Alegre.
In general, Even operates under a verticalized execution model, where the company is present in all stages of the development of projects, from land prospecting, real estate incorporation, and sales, to the construction of the project.
In addition, the company also participates in the incorporation process, managing and controlling all stages. Included in the company's activities are:
Identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land;
Incorporation planning;
Obtaining licenses, permits, and government approvals;
Project design;
Marketing and sale of properties;
Construction of the project;
Provision of services before, during, and after the completion of sales.
Thus, the company uses two commercial brands to carry out its incorporation activities, aimed at distinct segments: Open and Even. In general, Open is focused on residential projects aimed at the affordable and emerging segments.
The Even brand, on the other hand, operates in residential projects aimed at the middle, middle-high, and high-end segments. In addition, the brand also incorporates commercial projects.
Regarding sales, Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. operates through two sales companies, Even Vendas and Even More. Both companies specialize in providing services for Even and operate 100% in the company's projects for the sale of the company's units.
Therefore, Even More has exclusive operations in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, while Even Vendas operates both in the metropolitan region of São Paulo and in Rio de Janeiro.
The history of Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. began in 2002, when ABC Investimentos – founded in 1974 – and Terepins&Kalili – founded in 1978, merged. In 2006, the company's shareholding was acquired by Spinnaker Capital, an investment fund based in London, United Kingdom.
Since 2007, the company has become a publicly traded company and started trading shares on the Novo Mercado, under the code EVEN3, in the Novo Mercado, the highest level of governance on the stock exchange.
In the same year, the company entered the Belo Horizonte market in Minas Gerais. The following year, the company invested in the establishment of a joint venture with Melnick Construções, in addition to increasing capital by R$ 150 million.
Later, in 2009, the company took a significant step by joining the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) of BM&FBOVESPA. In 2010, the company conducted a follow-on and, in the same year, the 2008 Sustainability Report was recognized by Global Reporters as one of the best in Brazil.
Subsequently, in 2013, the company underwent changes and, as part of its development, created a new institutional brand. Later, in 2015, Even More was created, becoming the second sales specialized company of the group.
In 2019, Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. began operations in urbanization in Rio Grande do Sul. Recently, in 2020, Melnick Even started undergoing corporate changes.
Finally, the company is listed on B3, with common shares (EVEN3) and fractional shares (EVEN3F), at the highest level of Corporate Governance.
