Dotz SA is a technology company with extensive consumer knowledge. Its business model combines technology, data, loyalty, marketplace, and techfin. The company is one of the pioneers in Brazil in the loyalty market, and the Dotz program has over 48 million registered customers.
In 20 years of operations, the company has consolidated itself in the market, giving rise to a B2B2C platform, operating and monetizing in three different fronts: Loyalty, Marketplace, and TechFin.

Thus, consumers can make transactions and payments (TechFin) at more than five thousand registered points, which can be supermarkets, gas stations, and pharmacies (offline) as well as online points (Marketplace). The reward is the Dotz currency (Loyalty), deposited in their digital wallets (TechFin).
Dotz SA operates reward programs in partnership with credit card issuers and is also present in agreements with some financial institutions, such as Banco do Brasil. Some of its partners include Lojas Americanas, Magazine Luiza, Amazon, and others.
Founded in 2000, Dotz SA is a company that acts as a loyalty platform focused on e-commerce. The idea arose to fill a gap left by loyalty programs in Brazil, which initially focused on high-income consumers (credit card and airline business).
The company invested in two fundamental pillars for its development: the Dotz currency and a B2B2C platform that facilitates the connection between partners and consumers, embedded in a shared economy involving points, promotions, loyalty, payments, and data.

In 2009, the company began a transformation process, expanding the loyalty program to offline retail. This process, however, involved the purchase of 37% by the Canadian company LoyaltyOne, responsible for managing the largest coalition loyalty program in the world.
The company also partnered with Banco do Brasil, becoming one of the alternatives for customers to exchange points with the bank's credit cards. Currently, Dotz SA has relationships with more than five financial institutions.
The first plaza was established in Belo Horizonte, and since then, 14 regional plazas have been launched. Currently, the company is present in 13 states, in addition to its presence throughout the territory via e-commerce and partnerships with financial institutions.

In 2021, the company entered a new phase of growth, which involved a partnership with a telecommunications company, as well as the launch of the new brand, Dotz Inc., to consolidate the 20 years of the company's operations in the market.
This year also marked the company's debut on the Stock Exchange, with the completion of the public offering of shares, which took place on May 31. In this regard, all net proceeds from the offering were directed towards investments in the company's platform.
