d1000 is a pharmacy chain formed by the acquisitions of Drogasmil, Farmalife, Drogaria Rosário, and Tamoio. The company operates in the Federal District, Rio de Janeiro, Goiás, Mato Grosso, and Tocantins. The brands that make up the company have been present in the market for over 40 years and together employ more than 3,600 people.

In addition, the d1000 pharmacy network serves about 2.5 million consumers per month. The company uses a multi-faceted and complementary platform that caters to all social classes of the Brazilian population. To achieve this, d1000 employs a characteristic popular model that respects and addresses the particularities of each region where it operates.
Currently, d1000 is the largest revenue-generating network of Abrafarma – Brazilian Association of Pharmacy and Drugstore Chains. Furthermore, the company is part of the Profarma Group through its product distribution platform.
Being part of the Profarma Group, d1000 has several advantages, such as: daily deliveries; use of the distributor's stock; lower working capital requirements; leveraging administrative synergies – through the Shared Services Center, among others.

Thus, the company's operations are focused on the commercialization of:
Medicines (including branded, that is, prescription drugs);
generics and OTC / MIPS;
personal hygiene products;
beauty and dermocosmetics (“HB”);
convenience products.
The history of d100 began in 2016 when Profarma Distribuidora de Produtos Farmacêuticos, a Brazilian company founded in 1961 in Rio de Janeiro, acquired the pharmacy chains Drogasmil, Farmalife, Drogaria Rosário, and Tamoio and decided to segregate the retail operations into a new company. Thus, d100 was born.
Additionally, the company went public (IPO) in 2020 on the Novo Mercado, the highest level of governance at B3. One of the company's differentiators is the campaigns conducted, such as “Diga Sim Pra Mim” and “Somar Faz a Diferença”.
Both campaigns are aimed at raising donations from customers, as well as directing them to UNICEF.
