CSU Digital is a company specialized in providing payment processing, customer service, marketing, and Bank as a Service (BaaS) solutions.
The solutions offered by CSU Digital are aimed at other companies. It serves small and large businesses, being capable of meeting different demands according to the client's needs.

CSU Digital has its own backup system on a proprietary and exclusive site segmented by hierarchy, which serves to ensure the security of customer data.
The company has more than 6,000 employees spread across São Paulo, Recife, Alphaville, and Belo Horizonte. In short, CSU Digital's operations are divided into two distinct business units:
CSU PAYS (formerly CSU.CardSystem): credit card processing solution. It was created in 1992 as the first independent processor of electronic payment methods. It was also the first to work simultaneously, in Brazil, with the three main international brands (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).
CSU DX (formerly CSU.Contact): CSU DX (Digital Experience) is focused on meeting and satisfying all customer demands, from SAC (Customer Service) to collections. In the first quarter of 2023, CSU DX's platforms managed 3.6 million interactions from front office.

CSU Institute
The CSU Institute was founded in 2003 and is CSU Digital's main social responsibility investment.
The Institute began its activities with a social project that combined Education and Technology through IT training courses.
Thus, the goal is to promote digital inclusion for young people and adults seeking to enter the job market.
In short, since its founding, the Institute has served over 20,000 people from the community.
The history of CSU Digital began in 1992 when Marcos Ribeiro Leite created CardSystem Ltda, an independent electronic payment processor.
Thus, initially, the company offered payment processing solutions, a solution that did not yet exist efficiently in the market.
Over the years, the company grew, and by 1996 it had become the first company in Brazil to work with the three main international brands simultaneously. They are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
In 1997, private equity investors entered, the acquisition of UPSI Informática occurred, and the company's name was changed to CSU Cardsystem S.A.

By the year 2000, operations began for MarketSystem, a division that was initially focused exclusively on solutions for loyalty programs.
In the following year, the company introduced a new solution, TeleSystem (now CSU.CONTACT), focusing on providing BPO customer service for clients of the CardSystem division.
In 2003, the CSU Institute was founded, the company's main social responsibility investment. In 2005, CSU Cardsystem established itself as the largest independent card processor in Latin America.
The following year, CSU Cardsystem became the first company in its segment to go public. Its shares are listed on the Novo Mercado, the highest level of corporate governance on the stock exchange.
In 2010, the company changed CSU.TeleSystem to CSU.CONTACT.

In 2017, the development and launch of new technological solutions occurred, which secured new contracts across all business fronts and set records in key financial indicators.
The following year, the provision of processing services to acquirers was resumed.
The year 2019 marked the return to growth and the launch of new technological solutions. In 2021, Blue C Technology was created, a business unit providing BaaS.
In June 2022, the company announced the restructuring of its business units, which were renamed CSU Pays and CSU DX, replacing the names CSU.CardSystem and CSU.Contact, respectively.
Finally, in September 2022, the then CSU CardSystem (CARD3) changed its name. It became CSU Digital and adopted the new ticker CSUD3 for shares traded on the Stock Exchange.
