Alphaville is a Brazilian company that has been operating for over 40 years in the market and is recognized for the development of closed urban lots, known as gated communities, for the middle and upper classes.
Currently, there are about 120 projects under development by the company and a landbank whose sales potential is estimated at around R$ 17 billion. The company emphasizes that, since its founding, it has been responsible for the urbanization of approximately 85 million square meters throughout Brazilian territory.
The history of Alphaville Urbanismo began in 1971, with the creation of the Alphaville neighborhood project in the State of São Paulo. According to engineer Renato Albuquerque, partner of Yojiro Takaoka and responsible for the neighborhood's development, the idea was for that location, previously unoccupied, to become a region for people who wanted to live closer to nature.
Since entering the market in the 1970s, the company has expanded its products to over 50 cities, and today it has 124 developments in 22 Brazilian states and the Federal District. Thus, the company has a portfolio of two products: the Alphaville developments and Terras Alpha.
In addition, the company is also responsible for the development of Cidade Alpha, which are urban centers smaller than a city but larger than a neighborhood, such as the one in Barueri. They are self-sufficient and sustainable hubs that offer all the necessary infrastructure for the implementation of housing, commercial and business spaces, educational facilities, leisure, and everything people need to live well.
