Viver Incorporadora e Construtora was founded in 1992 under the name Inpar. Initially, its operations were focused on the residential segment, where it developed projects ranging from economic standard to high standard.
It also developed projects in the commercial segment such as commercial offices, shopping centers, medical buildings, corporate slabs, built-to-suit, and mixed-use developments.

Over the years, the company developed a variety of projects and expanded its operations. In fact, since its inception, it has developed 20 hotel developments ranging from resorts to five-star hotels.
In the 1990s and 2000s, the company was one of the leaders in its market. In 2007, it went public and subsequently traded its shares on the Brazilian stock exchange. With the IPO, Viver Incorporadora e Construtora raised R$ 756 million.
With the funds raised from the IPO, the company strengthened its land bank, the development of incorporation activities, and the expansion of its operations in other regions of Brazil.
By 2008, Paladin Prime Residential Investors (Brazil) became the main shareholder of the company's controlling block.

During the judicial recovery period, the company did not launch new projects. Instead, it dealt with unfinished works and restructured the company. Finally, in August 2021, the company exited the judicial recovery process.
