Smart Fit is the leading company in the gym sector in Latin America, the largest gym network outside the United States, and also the fourth largest network in the world in absolute number of clients.
Present in 13 countries in Latin America, the company has 981 units (as of June 2021). In Brazil, the gym network is in more than 160 cities across all 27 states of the federation.

The main objective of Smart Fit is to democratize access to high-standard fitness, impacting the improvement of quality of life and well-being for an increasingly growing number of people.
Since the beginning of its operations, Smart Fit has cultivated a strong culture of innovation, aimed at continuously improving both the experience of consumers of this service and the productivity of its gyms.

In addition, the company has been responsible for a significant evolution of the gym concept, adding new spaces and equipment for more complete workouts, providing a more dynamic experience for students.
The numbers of Smart Fit's operation have undergone expansion since 2011, growing about 36% per year in new gyms, also increasing the number of clients to 2.8 million users in 2020 (before the pandemic).
Smart Fit is a low-cost operation that started in 2009. Always committed to a high-standard experience, the gym has always featured state-of-the-art equipment and plans at affordable prices, ranging from R$49.90 to R$69.90 per month.
In 2012, the gym was responsible for an upgrade in its schedule, starting to offer group classes. As a result, there was an increase in the number of female clients, from 40% to 50%.
The evolution continued, and in 2015, Smart Fit launched the training program known as HIIT training, which consists of a 30-minute functional training that guarantees good results and optimizes the use of each store's area.

However, in 2019, Smart Fit reached the milestone of opening one unit every 16 hours. During the month of December that year, a total of 87 units were inaugurated.
Nevertheless, with the arrival of the pandemic in 2020, the group slowed down its pace, and entire units were closed during this period. The crisis moment became a great opportunity, and Smart Fit ended up acquiring Queima Diária, the largest online training platform in Latin America.
Currently, there are more than 900 Smart Fit units, both owned and franchised, in 13 countries and about 2.4 million clients. The group has been the fastest-growing and evolving in the last five years within the low-cost gym segment.
