RNI Real Estate Business is a company that operates in real estate development. It is controlled by the Rodobens group. The company has launched 172 residential developments in 55 cities across 12 Brazilian states.
This amounts to 65 thousand units sold or about 6.2 million square meters of constructed area. RNI Real Estate Business operates in various real estate segments. However, its focus is on low-value developments.

On the other hand, its parent company, Rodobens, offers financial solutions and works with services for private and commercial vehicles. In total, Rodobens has more than 2,700 sales points distributed throughout Brazil.
In addition, the company has 3,500 commissioned agents, has a reach of 4,250 cities nationwide, and currently has nearly 250 thousand active clients. In short, all this structure of Rodobens makes RNI's operations financially secure.
The history of RNI began in 1949 with the founding of Toledo & Cia Ltda., a Studebaker vehicle dealership. At that time, Toledo & Cia was the first Mercedes-Benz truck dealership in Brazil and still has the largest fleet of the brand today.
In 1960, Rodobens Consortium was created and debuted the truck consortium model in Brazil. In the following years, the company expanded its operations to all regions of the country and established itself as one of the leading companies in the sector.

By the 1980s, the company decided to enter the insurance concession market by creating Rodobens Insurance Brokerage.
In 1983, the company began its activities in the real estate sector in Cuiabá (MT), in a department that operated in the construction of developments for the group's companies and later began to engage in real estate incorporations.
In 1991, Rodobens Real Estate Business was created, in the same year that the Sistema Fácil was established to help address the scarcity of real estate investments.
Between 1991 and 1997, about 85% of the development units made by the company were residential. However, in 1997, the company began to operate in the closed condominium segment and launched Green Village I in São José do Rio Preto (SP).
Subsequently, between 2000 and 2006, the company continued to invest in this target segment and achieved good results.
In 2002, the company began its expansion in the middle and low-income segment by creating Terra Nova and launching the Villagio Maria Stella development in São José do Rio Preto (SP).
As a result, the concept of horizontal and vertical condominiums was applied to a new audience and received great acceptance in the market.

In 2006, the company adopted an innovative process that involves the use of self-compacting aerated concrete in the construction of the foundation (raft type) and the walls of the houses, molded by recyclable aluminum or plastic forms.
Terra Nova Garden Village was the first project in Brazil to receive the Real Sustainable Work qualification, promoted by ABN Real bank. The company's IPO came in 2007. RNI is listed on the stock exchange in the Consumer Cyclical sector under the Incorporations segment.
In 2008, the company focused on the rise of the low-income market and launched Moradas, a more affordable version than Terra Nova. In fact, the Minha Casa Minha Vida program was launched the following year, and Moradas met all the eligibility criteria of the program.
In 2010, RNI reached the mark of 1.1 billion in General Sales Value (VGV), and in 2012, the Stillo Rodobens line was launched, focused on medium and high-standard developments.
Also in 2012, the operations of Rodobens Urbanismo began, focusing on the development of large areas intended for subdivisions.
In 2013, the first development of Rodobens Urbanismo was launched, the closed subdivision Heimtal Park in Londrina (PR), and in 2014, the Integrated Iguatemi development was launched in São José do Rio Preto (SP).

In the following years, the company continued to invest in new developments that were successful.
An example of this was the launch of a planned neighborhood in Jardim dos Buritis in 2015, which had 100% of the units sold in a single day. In 2017, the brand was repositioned, and Rodobens Real Estate Business became simply RNI.
Finally, in 2019, the company deepened its strategy in the low-income segment, and in 2020, it carried out several launches.
