Headquartered in São Paulo, Nexpe specializes in buying and selling in the real estate market. Operating throughout the country, the holding company brings together the already established names in the real estate market: CrediMorar, Desenrola, Abyara, Bamberg, Convivera, and Brasil Brokers – the latter being how the company was previously known.
Offering effective technological solutions for each client's needs, being the first tech platform for real estate curation in Brazil, the group provides everything from mediation in the launch of new properties to financial solutions, such as in the search for properties for purchase, rent, or lease.
While seeking to act with speed and technology, Nexpe believes in a personal approach with each potential client, transforming the search for a property into a unique experience.
Founded in 2007, the company that was previously named Brasil Brokers, was born with the participation of other companies operating in the national real estate market. The following year, it acquired another 10 companies in the same sector, which provided it with a growth of 28% between 2008 and 2010.
Also in 2010, the company began a commercial partnership contract with HSBC bank, which sought to offer real estate credit operations to the secondary market, with a forecast for completion in December 2015.
In 2011, it ended the primary public distribution offering, 16.3% of its share capital, and acquired seven more companies between 2011 and 2012. In a short time, the group established itself in the market as a broad network, becoming a national leader in real estate intermediation, operating in 11 states, namely: Bahia, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, and also the Federal District.
With the reduction in the number of launches and the slowdown in sales, a restructuring was carried out in the company, seeking to exit some markets that had low growth prospects. Therefore, 43 stores were decommissioned, and 3 new units were opened.
In August 2019, the platform Desenrola, was launched, aiming to simplify the process of renting residential and commercial properties.
In the following years, the group began to be called Nexpe, where the name change marks its new phase, becoming a conglomerate of companies specialized in different processes of the real estate world, guided by the intense use of technology and innovations.
