Mitre Realty Empreendimentos e Participações S.A is a company in the civil construction segment, operating in the real estate development market for over 50 years, present in regions that show growth potential in the city of São Paulo, with less competition and high demand for real estate constructions.
Mitre's products are divided into two lines, following the idea of exploring activities in a more efficient and dynamic way. Thus, the company works with developments focused on the middle-income audience, represented by the Raízes line. And, for the upper-middle-income audience, the company offers products through the Haus Mitre line.
The product lines are designed and customized exclusively for each region, where factors such as sizes and types are considered in various ways. Additionally, the company offers, in most developments, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments for end users and, to a lesser extent, 1-bedroom units and studios with exclusive services and common areas.
The company's team is trained to address any questions regarding the developments, present schedules, and payment plans for the projects.
Moreover, clients benefit from the extensive research conducted by Mitre, even before the construction of any development. The research includes economic aspects of the region, as well as access options, transportation networks, infrastructure, etc.
The history of Mitre Realty began in 1962, with the founding of the company by the Mitre Family. From the beginning, the company established itself as a developer and builder, developing medium and high-standard projects, mainly in the Greater São Paulo region.
Over the years, the company has achieved more than 20 developments in its portfolio, all delivered ahead of schedule. Additionally, with over 58 years of history, the company has obtained certification in the Quality Management System under the ISSO 9001 and PBQP-H SiAC standards. Mitre is also audited by Ernst & Young.
