Dating back over 50 years in the market, Minasmáquinas S.A. is the most traditional Mercedes-Benz dealership located in the state of Minas Gerais, winner of the Mercedes-Benz StarClass award in 2020, and considered the best dealership for the German titan in Brazilian territory during the years 2013 and 2019.
Working with the sale of new and semi-new commercial vehicles, Minasmáquinas is also a reference in efficiency in the after-sales of parts and services, proportioning satisfaction with the purchasing experience of its customers.
Its headquarters is currently located in the city of Contagem – MG. The company also has branches in several other cities in the state of Minas Gerais: Conselheiro Lafaiete, Juiz de Fora, and Divinópolis, with these focused on commercial vehicles, such as: Trucks, buses, and vans. There is also the Van Center, located in Belo Horizonte, an exclusive Mercedes-Benz dealership for vans, with a workshop and specialized service for light commercial vehicles.
Founded in 1961, the group currently consists of its headquarters in Contagem, MG, and its branches located in the cities of Conselheiro Lafaiete, Divinópolis, Juiz de Fora, and the Van Center in Belo Horizonte.
Recognized in the market for its significant presence in the segment, the company acquired the Nardele company in 1985, an old Mercedes-Benz dealership located in Juiz de Fora. In 1986, Nardele had its corporate name changed to Juiz de Fora Diesel, eventually becoming the Minasmáquinas Juiz de Fora branch in the future.
In 2009, the branch located in the city of Divinópolis, in the western hub of the state of Minas Gerais, was inaugurated, aiming to expand the group's operational area, since the city is also the largest in that Mesoregion, being close to the metropolitan region of the capital.
In 2018, the branch in the capital of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, was reactivated, inaugurated as a Van Center, focusing exclusively on the service and sale of lighter commercial vehicles, the vans. Its last acquisition was in 2020, in Conselheiro Lafaiete, on one of the main highways in the country, BR 040, inaugurating in November of that year another Minasmáquinas branch.
