In the secondary market, the company operates through associated real estate agents who use a unique platform with a network marketing model, called Rede Lopes.

In 1950, Lopes Brasil was one of the pioneering companies in the use of advertising for real estate developments through television commercials.
In the 1960s, the company began long-term partnerships with Gomes de Almeida Fernandez, now Gafisa.

Later, in the 1980s, Lopes Brasil focused on expanding the most important commercial hubs of the city, such as Avenida Paulista, Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, Marginal Pinheiros, and Eng. Luís Carlos Berrini.
Thus, it participated in the intermediation of units before the construction of the development. Still in the 1980s, Lopes Brasil began intermediation of flats.
In the following decade, the company won its first Top Imobiliário Award (created by EMBRAESP), as the Largest Real Estate Brokerage.
Years later, in 2006, Lopes Brasil conducted its IPO and its shares became available for trading. On the stock exchange, the company is part of the financial sector and the real estate intermediation segment.
Additionally, the company began its geographical expansion in the primary market through acquisitions and greenfield operations. In 2007, Lopes Brasil established a joint venture with Banco Itaú and created CrediPronto.
In summary, CrediPronto's focus is on promoting real estate financing. Lopes Brasil has a 50% stake in the joint venture.

Finally, in 2010, Lopes Brasil conducted a follow-on at BM&FBovespa. As a result, it raised R$ 207 million, which was used to finance the expansion of the business through new acquisitions.
