Haga is one of the oldest companies in the manufacturing and marketing segment of locks, hinges, handles, and various other door accessories.
Thus, the company works with products such as: locks, pivoting locks, lock complements, latches, and steel and aluminum frames.
It is worth highlighting that one of Haga's priorities is to coexist in harmony with the environment. In fact, its industrial park is located within the Serra dos Órgãos National Park, in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro.

An example of an environmental policy that the company has implemented is the treatment of water and air derived from exhaust systems.
Haga defines its waste management according to the principle of the 3Rs: Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse. In addition to the environment, the company is also concerned about society.
Thus, Haga carries out social actions in support of local institutions such as, for example, the Cérasus Institute, Laje, and the Casa dos Pobres São Vicente de Paulo.
The company's mission is to provide the market with quality products used in doors in general. Its vision is to evolve permanently through design and technology with a focus on the safety and comfort of its products.
The company's values are: care, improvement, and trust. Regarding technology, Haga aims to be a company updated with state-of-the-art machines, equipment, and technology.

Thus, Haga is a company that invests in cutting-edge technology and innovation, always seeking to improve its processes, total quality, and the competitiveness of its products.
Interestingly, the company's website features a simulator. This way, customers can simulate how each door and lock will look in different areas of the house.
In other words, the customer chooses the environment, the door, and simulates how it will look with different types of locks.
Haga's history began on April 1, 1937, with the creation of Ferragens Haga Ltda.
Engineer Hans Gaiser was one of the pioneers of the metal-mechanical industry in Brazil, starting the manufacturing of locks and the assembly of a foundry, the first in Brazil, for white malleable iron.

The name Haga derives precisely from the initials of Hans Gaiser. In the beginning, Haga had only 15 employees, but over the years it grew and expanded its operations and portfolio.
As a result, in 1987 it celebrated 50 years of history and went public. Haga has common shares, with the ticker HAGA3, and preferred shares with the code HAGA4.
In summary, common shares are those with voting rights at the company's meetings. Preferred shares, on the other hand, give priority in receiving dividends. In the following years after the IPO, the company continued to grow and expand its operations.
As recognition for its performance, it received several awards such as the Anamaco Award (in 2010, 2011, and 2012) and the Lean Academy Program Award (in 2014 and 2015).

Currently, Haga's manufacturing plant headquarters is located on an avenue named: Av. Engenheiro Hans Gaiser.
The company has a built area of 19,955 m² and an installed electrical capacity of 2,000 KVA. In addition, it has the capacity to produce 4,000,000 pieces per year.
