Eletromidia is a company that operates in the advertising sector. The company's business model is OOH, short for Out-Of-Home. In Portuguese, it would be: fora de casa. Basically, the company seeks to impact customers in their daily lives.
In other words, the media is seen in places like transportation, elevators in commercial and residential buildings, shopping malls, and airports.

The estimate is that Eletromidia will reach about 22 million people using physical media, especially electronic billboards. In fact, the company was a pioneer in this type of media.
In total, the company has 60 advertising points divided into static and digital furniture.
Moreover, the company is present in 18 Brazilian states and plans to expand throughout the country. It is the largest media asset network in Brazil.
The new Eletromidia is the result of the merger between Elemidia and Eletromidia, two major companies in the OOH sector.
However, the company's history dates back to 1993, when Paulo Racy Badra, Ricardo Romeiro Otero, and two other partners took the initiative to create a company.
Since its inception, the company aimed to operate in the media segment, primarily through the rental of electronic panels.

It is worth noting that in the 90s, most advertising was static, whether in billboards, posters, or flyers.
Therefore, Eletromidia had a proposal that stood out from other companies in the field.
Thus, with this new way of advertising, the company grew significantly in the following 20 years. As a result, the company closed major commercial contracts.
During this growth journey, the company also closed several local contracts that generated a lot of traffic, such as in trains and shopping centers.
With the company's good growth, the managers realized that it was necessary to go public.
In 2013, with a well-established operation, the company began to be managed directly by the international investment fund H.I.G.
By 2015, the company initiated a rapid expansion process based on acquisitions.
The first of these was the purchase of DMS Publicidade Midia Interativa S.A. The same year also saw the acquisition of ELT DOOH Mídia Eletrônica S.A.
The following year, the company did not make new acquisitions, but the concession for the VLT and Supervia in Rio de Janeiro was celebrated.
Subsequently, Eletromidia acquired the companies TV Minuto S.A and Publibanca S.A. The company also obtained the concession for advertising at the Airports of Porto Alegre and Rio Galeão and the concession for advertising on lines 4 and 5 of the São Paulo metro.

Additionally, there was the acquisition of Elemídia and the obtaining of the media exploitation concession from CPTM.
It is worth highlighting that together, Eletromidia and Elemidia have the widest network of OOH media assets in Brazil, with faces in the segments of residential and commercial buildings, shopping centers, transportation, airports, and urban furniture.
Finally, in 2021, the company went public on the stock exchange in the Novo Mercado category, raising about 700 million reais.
