With nearly 70 years in the market, Adolpho Lindenberg Construtora has maintained the same purpose of building luxury properties, synonymous with quality and good investment, while always adapting to changes in the real estate market over the decades.
Since its foundation, there have been more than 700 developments spread over 14 million m², sold to over 20,000 clients.
Initially focusing on the construction of high-end houses, Adolpho Lindenberg Construtora was founded in 1954 by engineer and architect Adolpho Lindenberg, transforming his small engineering office into what would later become one of the most renowned construction companies in the country.
During the years from 1960 to 1970, Adolpho Lindenberg built its first building, contributing to the transformation of the urban space in São Paulo. The construction company offers its distinguished clientele high-end apartments, with the same luxury and sophistication it used to offer in its mansions, thus creating the concept of stacked house.
In the 1970s, the growth of the construction company became notable, reaching over 140 projects being executed at the same time, gaining prominence abroad in countries like Chile, Paraguay, and Portugal. At the same time, the construction company launched the first idea of flat in the country, in addition to luxurious buildings with private pools on the terraces. The company also carried out its first incorporation located in the Federal District.
During the 1980s, the construction company transformed its business model, adopting the Cost Price System, seeking to adapt to a market facing a major crisis due to high inflation during that period. The company began to expand its area of operation to regions still growing in the city of São Paulo, shifting its focus from only high-end neighborhoods.
During the transition from the 1990s to the 2000s, Adolpho Lindenberg began to follow another new market trend: faster constructions and smaller apartments, with reduced prices. After the turn of the millennium, in the early 2000s, the construction company partnered with holding Grupo LDI, but without abandoning its initial characteristics.
In celebration of its 50th anniversary, the company launched five high-end buildings in upscale areas of the capital.
The year 2019 was marked by the departure of the Construction Company from Grupo LDI, seeking to refocus on the market for medium and high-standard developments.
