Operating in the national agribusiness market, AgroGalaxy is a trading platform focused on agricultural services and inputs. Offering exclusive solutions for the needs of rural producers.
With 28 storage silos and over 8 million cultivated hectares, AgroGalaxy has continuous coverage across the main agricultural areas of Brazil, seeking growth and sustainability.
The company also has a technological center, where products, services, and technologies are tested and validated, aiming to achieve increasingly precise results. It currently has 145 stores and commercial points across various states, meeting the needs of its more than 24,000 registered clients.
Aiming to invest in the national agricultural inputs resale sector, Aqua Capital began its investments in 2016, in Rural Brasil, active in the agricultural inputs distribution segment in the Brazilian Midwest. The following year, Agro100, an important distributor and marketer of grains in the south of the country, was also acquired, thus originating what would become AgroGalaxy.
Between 2018 and 2019, the company acquired Sementes Campeã, active in the distribution and storage of grains in the state of Goiás, Agro Ferrari, founded in 1991, a distributor of inputs operating in the South and Southeast, and Grão de Ouro Agronegócio, a distributor present in the states of Minas Gerais and São Paulo.
In 2021, the company Boa Vista, one of the main retailers of inputs in Mato Grosso do Sul, was acquired, and 80% of Ferrari Zagatto, responsible for the main agricultural inputs markets in Paraná, also began to be part of the AgroGalaxy group. That same year, the company's public offering of shares was carried out, thus marking the beginning of a new phase for the company.
The year 2022 is being marked by the acquisition of 80% of Agrocat, a company focused on agricultural pesticides and solutions for agribusiness, located in Mato Grosso. Furthermore, in August 2022, the board approved the appointment of Sheila Albuquerque as the new CEO of the group.
